Caesar Salad with Chicken Fingers
You know it wouldn't be much of a trip without trying out the local food joints of the place you're visiting.
Baguio has always stunned us with picturesque views and cold weathers but recently, Baguio has slowly emerged as a potential Northern Luzon food capital with countless number of restaurants lining up along Session Road and some stretched across the whole city.
I have searched for places to eat when in Baguio on some reliable travel websites and I have decided that Grumpy Joe was the best choice.
Before we drove to BenCab Museum, we stopped at Grumpy Joe to have our lunch. It's located near the equally-renowned 50's Diner on Session Road.
My family has a big appetite. We had clearly ordered a lot. Like we had one dish for every single category or even more. I personally ordered Caesar Salad with Chicken Fingers, Grumpy Joe Special and Blueberry Cheesecake for my dessert.
Lasagna
Caesar Salad with Chicken Fingers tasted nothing like the ones I've had back home. It was a little salty but it's still good because the tomatoes balanced it all out. I love the addition of chicken fingers because it takes the blandness away from the usual way it's being served.
Grumpy Joe Special was a delight to eat. It was meaty but not greasy. I love that it has so much vegetables, you wouldn't feel as guilty for eating such big burger. Grumpy Joe has managed to maintain the juicy meat taste without the vegetables overpowering it.

Now for my dessert (my favorite course of the meal), I ordered a slice of Blueberry Cheesecake because every time I am in a restaurant and it's on the menu, I have this uncontrolable reflex to order it. It's like my comfort dessert cake. This cake made by Grumpy Joe was so good. I can't even tell you how delicious it actually was because I want you to go there, order it and experience it yourselves. It was that good! The cheesecake was creamy as usual with the sweet and sour flavor of the blueberry juice, but its flavor was taken to a whole new level. I literally wanted to order another slice because I felt like I could eat the whole cake, but of course, I don't want my family to think that I'm such a glutton for food.

I can't pick which one's my favorite. Every dish was flavorful, I can't even make a decision. But one thing's for sure, I want Grumpy Joe to have an outlet here in the Metro, coz I cannot travel back and forth to Baguio every time I crave for it.
Grumpy Joe has surely earned its recognition rightfully. It has a wide variety of the most scrumptious food I have ever tasted and the prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for? So head on down to Session Road and give Grumpy Joe a chance to make your mouths water and your cravings satisfied.
