Doors to Pinto Art Museum
5:44 PMMy wandering feet brought me this time to Pinto Art Museum. A gallery nestled in the quiet suburban subdivision in Antipolo City. I have heard of this place before and they have praised it for being a cool new hangout spot for everyone who loves art and for some who wants some time away from the city.
Imagining myself in Tuscany, having a sip of coffee and basking in sun. Oh, such a good image of what could be in the future.
So haunting. Its almost life-like, too.
Don't know why I'm drawn to butterflies so much.
It was a very soothing and calming place to be in. It was a Saturday morning and there's nothing in this world I wanted to do but just to take the day slow. So being here is really perfect.
The place itself is very earthy. You can see lush greenery plus an overlooking view of what's below. It just shouts Italian villa right from the get go.
Eclectic is the perfect word to describe this art gallery. It's a collection of works from different artists with various aesthetics. Everything is almost as though-provoking as the piece next to it. I believe a lot of people can make art but not everyone can make you evoke a certain emotion towards their art.
The resting bitch face is strong on this one.
Legendary Pokemons.
Almost kaleidoscopic.
Never Forget.
"I wanna touch you, but that just hurts." - Amy Winehouse
This piece is one of my favorites. It just shows how naked a man is when he is showing his emotions. I just get that from the way he caresses his chest with his bare body.
My favorite piece would be this Japanese-looking girl wearing all her emotions on her sleeve. This work of art just draws you in even if it's just hanged in the corner. Whoever did this must be in some kind of a deeper level of somber because it takes real sadness to create this.
You don't need to be an artist or an art enthusiast to get into the masterpieces here. That's the beauty of appreciating art, it's all about our perceptions. Everything's subjective. You can interpret it the way you see it. But I'm pretty sure you'll be into art after visiting Pinto Art Museum. Everything is fresh and current. You may not know each artist who did what, but I assure you that you'll google them after seeing their works.
Pinto Art Museum is literally like a door. It's a door leading your eyes and minds to appreciate art more. Sometimes, I feel like art is underrated. We easily appreciate songs and dance routines but not art. So maybe, by going to art galleries like this, people would start caring more for artists that create magical works of art.
I would highly advise everyone to find the time to check this place out. Have a fresh pair of eyes. Excite your minds with art pieces that will make you think. Go out and exercise your capability to appreciate art.
